Fourteen?
As most of you have probably noticed, the title implies fourteen targets when there are only thirteen cards in a suit. When Nana is killed, the seven of spades and the joker is left behind at the crime scene. While I'm not sure if the joker was intentional or not, it could imply that because Conan's presence was unpredicted by Sawaki, he was the joker - the wild card that worked to the advantage of those who could make it out alive. I don't know if this is right or not, though; it's all theory on my end. :P

Juushi? Juuyon? 14?
When I first looked up information about the movie on the internet, I forgot if it was me or a website that labeled the movie as Juushi Banme no Target. If it was me, it'd make sense because I didn't know much Japanese; as a result, making a mistake such as calling fourteen juushi was easy. Seven years later, of course, I've wisened up and know that it's rightfully juuyon. However, due to having called the movie juushi for so long, it's stuck. XD

My Experience With the Movie
The first time I watched this movie was seven years ago, when I was eleven years old. A friend of mine got a ton of this "Detective Conan" stuff from her cousin in China, and her constant talking of it got me interested. When I was at her house one day, my friend lent a Chinese-subtitled VCD of the movie to jumpstart me off on the series. Of course, back then I couldn't read nor understand a drop of Japanese (Chinese I could speak, but not read). It was literally a foreign movie, and I enjoyed every bit of it. My friend filled me in on the info I didn't get. XD;

I still remember to this day - the first half went up to the point where Nana dared Nishina to taste-test the wine to prove his gourmet knowledge, and second half went up all the way to the end. I didn't see the after-credits omake until a recent viewing (when I found it on the 'net - won't tell you where, though XP) - I didn't think there was anything after the credits. It's the movie that jump-started me into the series (alongside Seikimatsu no Majutsushi, the third movie), and I love it to this day.

About the Layout
When I first got the go-ahead to get the layout done, I had no idea that it'd look like what it does now. XD After several failed attempts to find screencap galleries that focused primarily on the second movie, I dug up my copy of the movie that I got from the internet. After ninety-nine minutes of watching and recapping/screencapping the movie, I had a sufficient number of images. The main image was done on a whim - the central image is Shin'ichi/Conan pointing the gun at Sawaki (while he's holding a weakened Ran hostage) with the ace of spades (which this site is after) that represented Shin'ichi's scheduled death. To the right is the wine cellar that triggered the series of events which the movie focuses on. Appropriate, ne? XD The rest of the layout was created with a simplistic layout in mind - I'm a simple-layout person, after all. I decided to add some extra content to the fanlisting by adding in my own personal version of the ending lyrics - complete with funky errors. If you match them up with other translations, they should be pretty close. XP
